Xan Raskin has committed her career to solving workplace problems. She founded Artixan Consulting Group in 2010 to advise companies on highly effective and sustainable strategies for resolving employee relations issues. Her business has helped senior management from a wide range of industries craft solutions that manage workplace risks, increase employee satisfaction and reduce cost.
In addition to conducting workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, Xan coaches managers and executives on professionalism, delivers a variety of employee training programs and serves as an ombudsman to provide a confidential resource for conflict resolution. She has a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges faced by companies in encouraging the capabilities and growth of their employees while protecting investor interests and the bottom line.
Xan is an employment attorney and workplace conflict resolution expert with over fifteen years of experience in human resources and legal risk management – ranging from her litigation practice at Proskauer LLP to senior legal roles at PepsiCo and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In her role as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Xan was pivotal in the design and implementation of company-wide competency models, performance management systems, risk management programs and training on discrimination prevention and diversity.
Xan is the co-author of Issues in Employee Leave, a reference guide for human resources professionals, and she regularly speaks and writes on workplace issues for professional audiences. Xan is also a mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
